It's summertime!
It's getting hotter here too! I wish I have halo-halo or ice cream or mango shake here. Oh and I wish I were at the beach instead! *sigh* I am looking forward to a long weekend. I call it my "burnout" leave. No, not "burnout" from the summer heat, but "burnout" from work. I have nothing specific to do and nowhere specific to go to. I just need a break. I don't care if it's a "waste" of vacation leave credits, I just DON'T WANT TO GO TO WORK.
I got a funny SMS from one of my former officemates who recently resigned:
God created the world in 6 days...
and He rested on the 7th day.
Then some stupid moron created CALL CENTERS...
since then nobody rested!
I know it's a bit harsh considering it's our bread and butter, but I just had to laugh out loud when I read that. But then thank God for little blessings! Here's to breaks! Here's to summer! :)

Gah! I wish I have a break from school works this weekend. I think I'm also having a burnout in school. :(
