Today, I realized that...

  • "Sometimes, you have to be kind instead of being correct." That's what a friend said and I think it's true.

  • the people who matter are those who love you even when you are very un-love-able.

  • people only learn the lesson if they want to.

  • intuition should not be ignored.

  • pamper-me/me times are essential.

  • when you point a finger at someone, more fingers point back at you.

  • deciding who to trust will make or break you.

  • time tends to run slower when you're waiting for it.

  • "Do not do unto others if you don't want others do unto you" still applies.

  • there is always a chink in the armor, a flaw in the plan, an Achilles heel or a soft spot. No one is invincible.

    "Remember Me"

    "Remember Me" (Complete Trilogy)

About 15 years ago, I bought and read the first and second books in this trilogy. I have always been a Christopher Pike reader even before I read a similar genre from Anne Rice or Stephen King. I have searched for the final installment but never really found it. Earlier today, I browsed through a local book shop and found a re-released copy of the complete trilogy. I know I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight if I don't get it. Now, I can't wait for the weekend because, after a long time, I will be able to go through Shari Cooper's story again and finally know the ending. =)

    It's so fluffy!!!

When I first saw the trailer, I wanted to watch the movie. I know it's going to be one of those laugh trips I wouldn't want to miss. A few seconds after the movie started, I was laughing my heart out and it never did end until the credits appeared. I was right. I love each character because they add wit to the plot. My favorite is Agnes. I mean, who wouldn't love her? With her "It's so fluffy, I'm gonna die" line in the trailer, I knew she's going to be my favorite. Aside from her, it was really the minions who made me laugh the loudest. They are so many but it seems like each of them has its own personality that's so funny and lovable. It was a bit predictable, but it was fun with a touch of warmth one wouldn't expect in a villain-y story. =)
