I got home from work yesterday and slept for about 3 hours. Then, my sis and I went to Fandom Cafe to meet with some of our groupmates from New Worlds Alliance (NWA) to discuss about some things we are planning for the 5th NWA Sci-Fi and Fantasy convention this coming July. It's always fun to hang out with our friends from NWA. We got news about upcoming events, got the latest episodes of "Heroes" (thanks, Beej!) and got spoiled about "Lost" (thanks, Gabe!). Hahaha! It was awesome! :)
Looking forward to more geeky activities in the future. So far we have:
May 25 : watch "Pirates of the Caribbean at World's End"!
July 11 : Hogwarts Philippines will be in Shangri-La Mall EDSA in costumes watch "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix"!
July 14 - 15 : The 5th Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention (see the NWA site for updates)
July 21 : Potter Party! Book launch - "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" (see PHP site for updates)
